Kita tidak memerlukan pemain yang hebat sejak kecil untuk muncul juara.. kita sebenarnya memerlukan bakat yang berusaha gigih untuk membantu TRW muncul juara.. 3 Fakta utama kejayaan diraih sejak 2009.

fakta 1 : TRW hanya memerlukan 4 pemain luar utk ke pentas final pertama selepas 40 tahun pada 2009.

fakta 2 : TRW merekrut pemain riject spt Akmal Rizal, Farhan, Azizi serta beberapa pemain yang semakin suram lagi lalu mengembalikan kegemilangan karier bola sepak mereka.

fakta 3 : TRW merekrut pemain muda berbakat besar dan kini sudah mencipta nama spt Nik Shahrul Azim, Zamri, Ramzul, Nidzad Ayub dan lain2.
